Our Story

Simba
We have always had cats. Four years ago I purchased my first pet
Bengal, Simba. He was a beautiful blue eyed snow, with a wonderful
personality. Sadly, he escaped the house during a storm and was
never found. We did have him microchipped, but he was never returned to us. I was left
with a lasting love of Bengal's and their temperament.
After Simba left we still wanted to have cats around so
we enrolled as Foster carers for Cats Protection. We took on a distraught
kitten we named Foo and nursed her back to health. Also a mother and daughter pair that
didn't get on, and were re-homed seperately. Next came a mother with four
kittens, roughly six weeks old, and various others. It was a rewarding
experience to nurse and help all these cats until loving
homes could be found for them.
Fostering Cats
In May 2003 we decided that it was time again to
own our own cats. I had been considering breeding for a long time and
had done a fair amount of research and given it a lot of thought.
Through Cats Protection, I had met a lady who bred 1st generation
Tonkinese, and I was smitten! It was from her that I bought Tia, my
first queen. I did intend to start with two females, however, and
still couldn't ignore the love I have for Bengals. After lots of
searching, we found Pepzi, and our pair arrived within days of
each other. Within the week they had settled down and would sleep
curled up together and groom each other. Our cats are first and foremost, our friends and
an integral part of the family. We do not intend to have more than
one litter per year per cat.

Bengal and Tonkinese Cats
Our BENGAL AND TONKINESE kittens will be GCCF registered, vaccinated and insured
before they are ready to go to loving new owners at 13 weeks of age..
